This privacy policy explains how we handle information collected through this website only. It does not cover information you give us in the office, over the phone, or through your dental record.

Patient forms are handled through a HIPAA-compliant third-party forms provider, and submissions are encrypted in transit. Please do not include detailed medical information in our general contact form or in ordinary email. Those channels are not intended for clinical details.
