Full Mouth Reconstruction

Comprehensive rehabilitation that restores health, function, and aesthetics for complex cases.

Full mouth reconstruction rebuilds the health, function, and appearance of your smile when multiple teeth need attention at once. Our prosthodontist plans every step in coordination with our in-house specialists.

When it's recommended
  • Extensive wear or damageTeeth worn down by grinding, acid erosion, or trauma across the arch.
  • Multiple missing teethWhen gaps affect chewing, speech, or the way your face is supported.
  • Bite and joint problemsWhen a misaligned bite is driving pain, headaches, or ongoing damage.
  • Aging restorationsOlder crowns, bridges, or fillings reaching the end of their useful life.
What treatment looks like

We begin with a full workup — records, imaging, and a detailed conversation about your goals — then build a phased plan that may combine crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, gum therapy, and bite appliances. Every step is sequenced so you can see progress along the way.

"Complex cases deserve a specialist's plan. Our prosthodontist sees the full picture and works with our periodontist and endodontist to deliver it in one place."

Questions

Full Mouth Reconstruction questions, answered.

Every mouth is different. If your question is not here, call the office and we will answer it directly.

What is full mouth reconstruction?

It is a comprehensive plan that combines multiple treatments, such as crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, gum therapy, and bite appliances, to rebuild the health, function, and appearance of your smile when several teeth need attention at once.

Who plans a full mouth reconstruction?

Dr. Rustam DeVitre, our board-certified prosthodontist, plans and sequences the case, working directly with our periodontist and endodontist since all three practice under one roof.

How long does full mouth reconstruction take?

Because every case combines a different mix of procedures, the timeline depends on what your plan includes. The office builds a phased plan so you can see progress along the way, and can walk you through an estimated schedule at a consultation.

Will I need to see outside specialists?

Most patients do not, because the prosthodontist coordinates directly with our in-house periodontist and endodontist. This keeps your care and records in one place rather than split across offices.

How do I start the process?

Treatment begins with a full workup, including records, imaging, and a conversation about your goals. Call the office to schedule a consultation and start that evaluation.
